Our Story
My first bake was a small batch of oatmeal cookies when I was nine years old - above my grandma’s [very Italian] kitchen. She and my mom taught me well - especially how to add that extra layer of love to every bite.
I’ve been baking weekly, if not daily, ever since. First for family, friends and co-workers. Then for their families, friends and co-workers. And now for friends and neighbors from Carmel to Cold Spring.
And on March 26, 2022, we opened our doors at 116 Main Street in Cold Spring - and we couldn’t be more excited!
We offer homestyle desserts, pastries, breads and treats - baked daily on the premises using premium, natural ingredients. And locally sourced whenever we can.
PLUS - delicious sandwiches and salads - made fresh to order every day!
